One of Finland’s oldest banks, utilises Videobot to recreate their live customer experience online. More specifically, the Savings Bank of Finland used Videobot to personalise their online mortgages user journey.
By implementing Videobot, the Savings Bank was able to offer online users a different interactive video funnel depending on the various mortgage personas, enabling them to get the right information, at the right time and self-nurture into valuable leads.
