Paragon DCX commissioned London Research to carry out interviews with various digital transformation experts, and a range of organisations, including Philips, Reckitt and UNISON.
We also carried out an online survey of more than 300 large organisations to help uncover what digital transformation really means in 2023, and what is holding companies back from greater investment.
